To achieve this, SGI does not push our team members to accept the lowest possible wages in order to maximize SGI’s profit margins. Instead, we have adopted an approach similar to that of Cosco’s; we have a fixed markup on all our personnel.

This gives our clients transparency and assurance that their money is going to the team they are employing, with a small and transparent fee paid to SGI. Since SGI’s small fee is fixed, our inspectors know they are receiving the best and most competitive rates. Like Cosco, SGI nurtures long term relationships with our clients and our teams based on trust and transparency.
